Housed within the National Justice Museum on High Pavement, Deli-Cious Chocolate is an independent chocolate maker running three-hour classes from its on-site classroom - or online for those who can't make it in person. The single Chocolate Making Class takes participants through tempering, lollipop making, structuring individual chocolates, truffle making, and piping, with everything made during the session packaged up to take home. Sessions are hosted by an experienced chocolatier, and all ingredients and equipment are provided.
