For a structured day across several techniques, the two Food Sorcery sites run the fullest programmes, and Wilmslow Kitchen has the widest mix of the seven, with vegan and gluten-free baking alongside bread and cake. If it is specifically bread you are after, Flour & Soul is the specialist, teaching sourdough and laminated pastry from its own bakery.
For something shorter, The Big Manchester Bake is the lightest commitment of the seven, and Bentoboxbakes in Cheadle concentrates on cake decorating.
