The Big Manchester Bake

The Big Manchester Bake runs a competitive baking experience in Salford, where pairs bake against each other through a themed session led by a head baker, and one team finishes as the winner. The theme changes month to month, so what you make shifts with the calendar rather than following a fixed syllabus.

Three tickets set how much you take on: The Classic Ticket covers the core session, while The Sweeter Experience Ticket and The Ultimate Baker Ticket build on it. Each session runs to around 90 minutes and is open to all levels, so it leans towards anyone who wants the sociable, against-the-clock side of baking rather than a step-by-step technique class.
