Every class at Naturally Bread is fully vegan - a commitment that runs through both the Exeter bakery Patrick and Jenny operate and the private hands-on sessions they run from their home kitchen. Groups are capped at four, and all ingredients are provided; you leave with whatever you've made. Sweet sessions cover everything from a Battenberg and Cinnamon Rolls to Double Oreo Cookie Dough Brownies and Biscoff Cheesecake, while the savoury side includes Cheezey Herby Breadsticks, a Pastry and Sausage Roll class, and Quiche. Sessions run at 1.5 or 2.5 hours, and Patrick holds a Level 2 Food Hygiene qualification from City & Guilds. Custom classes are available alongside the listed options.
