Swinton Cookery School

Swinton Cookery School is a relaxed, open demonstration kitchen housed in a converted Georgian stable wing adjacent to Swinton Park Hotel on the Swinton Estate in North Yorkshire, near the edge of the Yorkshire Dales. The school is passionate about using sustainable local produce throughout the four seasons, drawing on ingredients from the estate's four-acre walled garden, as well as estate venison, rabbit, smoked trout and game.

Master the art of cake decorating alongside classic pastry and patisserie techniques, with courses designed for everyone from complete beginners to working professionals. Classes start from £120, and gift vouchers are available for the aspiring baker in your life.
