Hand-iced biscuits and decorated cupcakes are the focus at Boujon Bakery on Gloucester Road in Bristol, where weekly public sessions run across a range of ages and formats. The 30-minute Family Biscuit Decorating session at £10 suits any age as long as a child is accompanied by an adult, while the two-hour Adult Biscuit Decorating Masterclass (£35) takes participants step by step through the decorating process, each leaving with six finished hand-iced biscuits, six piping bags, a biscuit needle, and an apron.
