Cake & Create

Rose holds a PME Professional Diploma in Cake Decorating and runs Cake & Create as a solo operation from Kings Langley, Hertfordshire. Her three workshops are squarely aimed at beginners: the flagship Cupcakes for Beginners covers buttercream piping, sugar paste preparation, making a sugar rose, and using cutters - all in three hours, with six decorated cupcakes to take home in a presentation box. The Seasonally Themed Workshops follow the same three-hour format but swap in festive designs tied to Halloween, Christmas, Easter, and similar occasions. For families, the Themed Cake & Kin Workshops pair a child aged seven or over with one adult for a 90-minute decorating session producing six themed cupcakes between them. Private events for hen dos and birthdays can also be arranged.
