Jen Lindsey-Clark runs Chocolatician out of the Choccy Barn in Worthing, offering chocolate workshops for both children and adults. The Kids Chocolate Party takes ages 7 to 16 through where chocolate comes from, how it melts, and what can be made with it - each child leaves with homemade lollypops and dipped chocolates packed in eco packaging. Adults get the deeper treatment: a two-hour session covering tempering science, the history of chocolate production, and hands-on making of truffles, florentines, and chocolate bars, all to take home. Both workshops are capped at 12 guests and are priced from £40.
