Founded in 2011 by Magdalena Marsden, Cocoa & Heart has been running chocolate making and traditional sweet making workshops in a Victorian kitchen in South East London (Bexleyheath) for over 15 years. The school offers chocolate making, bread baking, and traditional sweets courses alongside recipes, resources, and an online shop for ingredients and equipment.

Specialising exclusively in chocolate making, they cover everything from basic tempering techniques to artisan bar creation and truffle making. Their comprehensive range includes business-focused courses for aspiring chocolatiers alongside creative workshops for hobbyists.

Classes run from beginner introductions through to advanced masterclasses, with options for couples and even healthy chocolate alternatives.
