Ganache, tempering, and the full arc from raw couverture to finished truffle form the core of what Linny Lane Chocolatière teaches at their Woburn Sands workshop space, just outside Milton Keynes. The Children's Chocolate Making Party (ages 7 - 14, two hours, from £275) takes younger participants through tasting fine chocolates, making ganache, and producing their own truffles and a box of decorated chocolates via piping, rolling, and dipping - everything goes home in a goodie bag. The Adult Chocolate Making Workshop covers the same ground with added focus on the science of tempering and runs to three hours from £350. Both sessions include all materials and aprons, and Linny Lane also travels to your venue if that suits your group better.
