Panary has been teaching breadmaking since 1997, running courses from their bakery in Shaftesbury. One to four-day courses cover bread, sourdough, pizza, patisserie, and viennoiserie, at £125 per person. Small groups of just four students ensure personal attention, with all skill levels welcome from beginner to professional.
