Wargrave's small working chocolate factory doubles as the classroom for Rosie's Chocolate Factory, where the flagship Chocolate Bar & Lollipop Making Workshop has each participant temper milk, dark, or white chocolate, choose from more than 50 inclusions to decorate three large bars, and make a transfer-pattern lollipop - all within roughly an hour, with liquid-chocolate tasting while everything sets.
