Rosie's Chocolate Factory

Wargrave's small working chocolate factory doubles as the classroom for Rosie's Chocolate Factory, where the flagship Chocolate Bar & Lollipop Making Workshop has each participant temper milk, dark, or white chocolate, choose from more than 50 inclusions to decorate three large bars, and make a transfer-pattern lollipop - all within roughly an hour, with liquid-chocolate tasting while everything sets. The school also takes its Educational Chocolate Making Workshop offsite to schools and youth groups, where Rosie introduces a real cocoa pod and covers how chocolate is made and fair trade alongside the hands-on bar and lollipop work. Add-ons including truffle making and hot chocolate stick making extend the core session for those who want more. Classes start from £13 per person.
