Vale House Kitchen is an award-winning bespoke country skills and cookery school situated in the village of Timsbury, 8 miles southwest of Bath. They offer traditional cookery courses alongside a wide range of rural skills including fishing, shooting, foraging, and butchery, underpinned by a 'field to fork' philosophy.

Specialises in artisan bread making with dedicated sourdough classes alongside traditional baking techniques for jams, jellies and scones. Courses run as full-day workshops suitable for beginners through to intermediate bakers, from £210.
