Chocolate Craft

Guided by professional chocolatiers in Old Alresford, Hampshire, Chocolate Craft runs six workshops covering everything from family sessions to advanced technique. The flagship Chocolate Workshop (£80, 2.5 hours) takes groups of 6 to 13 through ganache-making with natural ingredients, piping into milk, white, and dark chocolate moulds, and a lolly-decorating competition - participants leave with around 21 handmade chocolates. Those who have completed that course can progress to the Advanced Chocolate Making Masterclass (£115, 3 hours), limited to four people and led by the Senior Chocolatier: it adds tempering, polycarbonate mould work, salted caramel truffle rolling, and a factory tour, with 24 chocolates, 8 truffles, and a decorated bar to take home. Younger participants are catered for through the Summer Family Fun Chocolate Workshop (£35, 90 minutes, ages 6+) and the Children and Teen Chocolate Parties, where younger attendees mould chocolates and dip marshmallows while teens tackle ganache and professional piping. Private parties and hen-party sessions are also available at the workshop or at a venue of your choice.
