DOSE of ROSE

Korean hand-piped buttercream flower cakes are the specialism at DOSE of ROSE, a cake maker based in Stratford-upon-Avon that runs its teaching arm under the name K-flower Academy. Three classes cover the discipline at increasing depth: the Peony Piping Class (£350) focuses on a single signature bloom, the Foundation Floral Class (£390) broadens the technique, and the Floral Cake Design class (£450) moves into full compositional design. Tuition takes place as a one-to-one masterclass in the school's own kitchen, and the team also runs guest workshops at external venues including Luminary Bakery in London.
