Kooky Cook

The Kooky Cook, run by Refika Melis Ipek, is a London-based private chef service offering personalised culinary experiences in clients' own kitchens, catering for dinner parties, weddings, corporate events, and cooking workshops. Melis trained in world cuisine and desserts after initially studying Political Science in Vienna.

Comprehensive baking classes span everything from biscuits and cookies through to advanced patisserie techniques. The curriculum covers bread making, cake decorating, pastry work, and dedicated sourdough sessions for those wanting to master wild yeast fermentation.
