Sutherlands Pastry Academy

Sutherlands Pastry Academy is run by Graham Sutherland, described as one of Europe's top patisserie and chocolate chefs, based at Inchmarlo Golf Centre in Banchory, AB31 4BQ. Graham has spent almost 30 years working in Michelin-starred restaurants and 5-star luxury hotels, and most recently lectured in Pastry and Chocolate Arts at the world-famous Cesar Ritz culinary school in Lucerne, Switzerland.

Comprehensive baking courses cover everything from bread making and pastry to chocolate work and patisserie, with specialist macaron classes for beginners through to advanced techniques. Half-day sessions from £75 cater to all skill levels, including gluten-free options and dedicated kids' classes.
