Founder Rachel leads every session at Mademoiselle Macaron's dedicated Macaron Kitchen on Stewartfield in Edinburgh, where a single three-hour class covers five signature flavours and fillings alongside the tips and tricks behind a reliable macaron. Participants work in pairs, leave with a box of their own macarons, and keep the recipes - a practical takeaway that lets them repeat the process at home. The school holds a Great Taste award and charges £75 per person.
