Courses for Cooks

Courses for Cooks is owned and run by Jenny Thomson, a cook and chef for over 30 years who trained at the renowned Leiths School of Food and Wine, London, and worked as a private cook in Scotland, France, Canada and the United States before returning to Scotland. Based in Dunfermline, Fife, the school offers in-person cookery courses, online courses, and private chef services.

Master traditional bread making alongside sophisticated pastry and patisserie techniques, with dedicated sourdough classes for those wanting to perfect wild yeast baking. Classes welcome beginners through to experienced bakers, available both online and in-person.
