Emily's Classes & Courses at The Chocolate Kitchen, a family chocolatier and café on West Street in Retford, run from £9.95 for school-holiday children's sessions up to £48.50 for the adult truffle courses. Children's sessions include Chocolate Lollipop Making and a Chocolate Workshop for ages 8+, where participants make cake pops, flavoured chocolate stars and chocolate buttons using professionally tempered chocolate. Adult sessions cover more ground: the hour-long Design Your Own Chocolate Bars class has participants making two large bars from a long list of flavours and ingredients, with a newer Dubai-style pistachio bar option also available, while the Dip & Indulge sessions pair truffle-making with either a chocolate fondue or a cream tea. Those wanting to go further can book the Hand Rolled Truffle Making or Moulded Chocolate Truffle Making courses, both running to 1 hour 45 minutes and including a sweet grazing board and hot drink while the chocolates set.
