The Cow Barn, based at Bury Farm Parlour in Nuthampstead, Hertfordshire, is a cookery school and workshop venue run by Miranda and Trevor, offering courses, workshops, and pop-up dinners. As Miranda puts it, 'sharing cooking skills with others is such a great way to explore new ideas and, for me, feeding people is an expression of love.'

Heart-healthy baking and sugar-free treats take centre stage, with specialised half-day workshops covering nutritious alternatives to traditional recipes. Classes run from £120 and focus on creating delicious cakes and sweet treats without compromising on health or flavour.
