Mr Baker's Cake School is Hampshire's newest cooking, baking and cake decorating academy, located in Fareham, led by Rob Baker-Gall — a passionate baker, former chef and qualified teacher. Classes are relaxed and informal, with emphasis on encouragement, confidence building and fun, catering to all levels from complete beginners to experienced professionals.

Comprehensive cake skills from basic baking through to advanced fondant and sugarcraft techniques. Classes cover everything from mixing the perfect sponge to creating intricate buttercream designs, with instruction tailored to beginner through advanced bakers.
